Lead Time

Our lead time is currently 2-4 weeks but your email confirmation will confirm the current lead time.

Charges

We offer free shipping to UK Mainland. We do deliver to Northern Ireland at an additional cost - this can be found as an option at the checkout. 

Delivery Notifications

Once your item has been made and has left our workshop you will receive a notification to confirm that it has been dispatched. After this you will get a text from our couriers, Panther Logistics, with further information about the delivery date. We unfortunately are unable to provide delivery timescales, but you will get a confirmed delivery day and will be able to track your delivery as well.

Do you Offer Bespoke Sizes?

We can offer bespoke sizes for our items, please contact the team on info@thebespokecarpentryco.com and we will be happy to help!

We advise all customers that are looking for Bespoke Items or Several alterations to contact us via email on info@thebespokecarpentryco.com . Please make sure you include the dimensions you require as well as any sketches or inspiration pictures so we can quickly see if it’s something we can make for you and provide a quote. 

 

Maintenance FAQs

Product Maintenance 

In regards to maintenance all our products are finished with a Hard Wax Oil Layer which creates a water resistant protective layer. Any spillage can be wiped away with a lightly dampened cloth. You can use products such as Wood Polishers and All Purpose Anti Bacterial Sprays on our items, just make sure not to use abrasive products or scrubs. To keep your item looking like new we also advise you to apply a layer of clear wax every 6-12 months or as required. You can find maintenance kits on our website.
